The location is marvellous, right by the famous Hua Hin beach. There is Patty's Corner serving quick meals 10 mins walk from the hotel. It has spacious rooms with sofa.

We had the superior deluxe room provided with a big balcony, a balcony view looking over towards mountains, as example. It was based in old fashioned building in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location, on to mountains. In the restaurant they served Western cuisine dishes.

The setting was quite nice within easy reach of Hua Hin Clock Tower. Everybody was pleasant and very welcoming.

The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, with a decent size balcony that caught the sun from midday. The toilet/shower room was also very clean. The breakfast room had a good variety of food for both western and oriental tastes.- The location of the hotel was convenient, with key attractions within easy reach.
There were some maintenance issues, such as the rooftop pool being "down for maintenance" during the entire stay and the taxiservice also being unavailable. Some aspects of the room were not up to standard, such as the shower head being clogged with limestone and the toilet being strangely full of water.

I truly enjoyed the good value and well-maintained hotel.
The location was magnificent, only 5 minutes walk to Hua Hin Clock Tower. Further, it was close enough to Hua Hin for the beach as well as all the main attractions. The rooms turned out to be nicely furnished and brand-new with the nice view, fridge, private balcony.
